Questions people ask before buying
Is this a physical book?
No. Both are PDFs you download straight after paying and keep for good. Print the whole thing, print the pages you want, or read on a phone or tablet. The contents are clickable.
Whose name appears on my card statement?
Onelink, not Brittify. Onelink is the Stripe service that handles the sale, which is how any tax due in your country gets paid correctly wherever you are buying from. You will see the same name at checkout and on your receipt. The books are ours and we are still who you email if anything is wrong.
Do I buy it here or somewhere else?
Here. You pay, the file downloads, and it is yours. We also list on Etsy and Gumroad for people who prefer to buy that way, but the marketplaces take a cut of every sale, so buying direct is better for us and no worse for you.
Do I need the official handbook as well?
No. The guide covers the same topics and the same facts in plainer English, so it replaces the handbook. If you already own the handbook and want to keep using it, the Study Companion works with it directly: every page shows the handbook chapter and page it belongs to.
What is the unlock code?
A code printed inside both books. Type it in on the practice page and all 2,451 questions open up, one topic at a time. No account, no email, no expiry. It works wherever you bought the book.
Is the content up to date?
It is written from the current 3rd edition handbook that the test is still set from. Where we have found anything doubtful we say so rather than guess, and every correction we make is published on the corrections page.
Can I get a refund?
These are instant downloads, so the usual 14-day right to cancel stops applying once you start downloading. But if something is wrong with the file, or it is not what this page said it was, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. Stripe, who handle the payment as Onelink, can also refund you directly within 60 days. If you are unhappy, ask. The full position is on the terms page.
