Questions people ask before buying
Is this a physical book?
No. Both are PDFs you download straight after paying and keep for good. Print the whole thing, print the pages you want, or read on a phone or tablet. The contents are clickable.
Do I buy it here or somewhere else?
Here. You pay, the file downloads, and it is yours. We also list on Etsy and Gumroad for people who prefer to buy that way, but the marketplaces take a cut of every sale, so buying direct is better for us and no worse for you.
Do I need the official handbook as well?
Not for the guide. It covers the same topics and the same facts, in plainer English. The workbook is useful either way, because every page shows the handbook section it belongs to.
What is the unlock code?
A code printed inside both books. Type it in on the practice page and all 2,451 questions open up, one topic at a time. No account, no email, no expiry. It works wherever you bought the book.
Is the content up to date?
It is written from the current 3rd edition handbook that the test is still set from. Where we have found anything doubtful we say so rather than guess, and every correction we make is published on the corrections page.
Can I get a refund?
They are instant downloads, so once the file has been opened a refund is not usually possible. That is standard for digital goods. If something is wrong with the file, tell us and we will put it right.
